Mirror Monitor (CSI113):

The picture below shows 2 IR cameras, one fitted to the windscreen, the other positioned above the mirror in the centre of the car facing the passengers. The camera above the mirror is focused on the rear seats as shown in the mirrors LCD screen and is a day light view, the other camera is focused on the front seats. see the night - day images.

The mirror is operated either by a remote or screen touch button to switch between camera's and on/off

The picture below shows a night view of the rear seats from the centre camera (No external light apart from the IR led's on the camera)
