ORDER CONFIRMATION
• We will always confirm your order by email.
• Please ensure you submit the correct email address. (These emails do not need a reply unless your goods are not received.)

DESPATCH TIMESCALE
• Items are usually sent the same or following day after your order is received if in stock.
• All other items are usually sent within 48 Hours unless out of stock.
• Each product displayed on our site will usually have an availability guide.
• This availability is a guide only and not a guarantee.

RECEIVING YOUR GOODS
• Please note that a majority of deliveries are sent by Parcel Post.
• If you have any special requirements, please ensure you leave details in the comments section of your order or call us to make us aware of the details.
• Please note that a charge may apply for special arrangements.

PRICES
• All prices on our web site are correct at time of checkout.
• We reserve the right to changed pricing at any time.
• All prices quoted are inclusive of Vat current at the time (17.5%).
• The only additional charge above the price quoted for the item is for any special request for a next day delivery or specially timed delivery.

RETURNING GOODS
• Faulty/damaged items
• All of our products are covered by at least a 12 month warranty covering both faulty materials and workmanship, it does not cover general wear and tear or damage.
• Upon receipt of your goods please inspect to ensure goods are in good condition.
• Please note that we will cover the cost of return where the item is faulty or an error occurred on our part.
• This return cost should not exceed £7.50 without authorisation from us as we may opt to arrange for a collection of the item.
• Please note that collections can only be arranged for certain items.

• Items ordered but not required may be returned providing that you do so within 7 days of receipt in an unused condition and fully packaged in original packaging.
• Used items etc cannot be returned.

• Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable in the event of an unwanted item being returned.
• Where an order is placed under special delivery arrangements the delivery charge is non-refundable in the event of a return for any reason.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

• Orders can only be cancelled providing despatch has not occurred.
